That’s a lot of land to use

When we were looking for a place to start Hektor, we came across this wonderful finca (farm) in Los Valles. Boosting views over the valley and almost 20.000 m2 of land. That’s a lot of land to use.

However, during our first years in Lanzarote we will get the full support of the previous owners, who all grew up at the farm. We will be mostly growing what you will typically find in Los Valles: (sweet) potatoes and of course some grapes.

But we will also experiment with other vegetables and fruits, hoping to bring you breakfast and some dinners that are fully grown on the farm.
