Sparkling wine made using the ancestral method. 100% Volcanic Malvasia from the organic plot of Finca Cohombrillo. Patrona is a wine born from a feeling. Conceived and produced by a woman winemaker in order to pay homage to the women, of yesterday and today, who of course also created the landscape and identity of Lanzarote, not only from the “jewels in the rofe”, the sandbanks, the docks or the salt flats, but also from the homes caring, raising, giving love and from the kitchens feeding and nourishing. Patronizing against all odds the family and cultural life in Lanzarote so that the rest would be possible.

Patrona (Pét-Nat)

During fermentation, the yeasts consume the sugar from the grape and transform it into alcohol and carbon dioxide (C02). When you bottle wine before fermentation is complete, the CO2 is trapped inside the bottle in the form of bubbles and with that fizz that we like so much.
