Straight from our garden
We strive to source as many of our ingredients as possible from our own garden. Our vegetable patches, herb gardens, aromatic plants, and fruit trees are our primary inspiration for every dish. If we can’t find what we need in our garden, we make sure to source it from local suppliers as close as possible.
Every day is a plant-based surprise
Our chef combines traditional continental breakfast favorites, such as pastries and cakes, with freshly baked bread, a variety of spreads, and vegan twists on local specialties and well-known classics like sausage rolls and eggs Benedict. A daily à la carte menu offers a fresh selection, allowing you to enjoy something new every morning.
